How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive 2–4 business days after dispatch, 3–5 business days in total.

How are large appliances delivered?

Smaller parcels travel with Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Tracked 48. Large and heavy items are delivered by a tracked courier or pallet service, direct to your address.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. We provide a free return label and there is no restocking fee. Read the policy.

What if my appliance develops a fault?

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply, alongside any manufacturer guarantee. Email us with your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Warranty & replacement.

Is my payment secure?
